Top 10 Year End Award Exhibitors
The Iowa Junior Beef Breeds Association (IJBBA) is excited to announce it is embarking on a new awards program for the Top 10 Overall Market Animal and Breeding Heifer Exhibitors beginning with the 2011 season. Each exhibitor will be eligible to receive an educational scholarship annually, and these scholarships can accumulate on an annual basis while the exhibitor is a member of the IJBBA. Scholarships will be available to the following institutions: Universities, Community Colleges, Vocational schools, and Trade schools. The recipients of these scholarships will have the opportunity to receive their scholarship proceeds over a maximum two-year period, with funds dispersed directly to the named institution. Scholarship money will be permanently terminated should the recipient not attend or drop from school.
Scholarships will be awarded as follows:
Market Animal Division
1: $1000.00
2: $750.00
3: $600.00
4: $400.00
5: $350.00
6: $300.00
7: $250.00
8: $200.00
9: $150.00
10: $100.00
Breeding Heifer Division
1: $1000.00
2: $750.00
3: $600.00

The IJBBA understands that furthering personal education is paramount to a successful career and of the rising costs associated with post-secondary education. Therefore, our association’s goal is to create opportunities for our youth to further their education through financial assistance. To facilitate this awards program, the IJBBA has developed a new Endowment Fund and is now ready to accept contributions.
Two different contribution levels are outlined below and show how you or your company can become of part of this new and exciting Exhibitors for Education Scholarship Endowment.

Platinum Level Sponsor $1000
- Platinum Sponsors will receive five (5) email blasts to the IJBBA membership.
- Will be recognized on the IJBBA Winter Show Program.

- The opportunity to hang two (2) banners in the Livestock Pavilion show ring. All banners will have to conform to the measurements required by Iowa State Fair.
- Have up to three (3) Company Representatives present at our IJBBA Year End Awards Presentation to be recognized as well as hand out scholarships.
- Recognition during the Junior Steer and Heifer Show.
Gold Level Sponsor $500
- Gold Sponsors will receive three (3) email blasts to the IJBBA membership.
- Will be recognized on the IJBBA Winter Show Program.

- The opportunity to hang one (1) banner in the Livestock Pavilion show ring. All banners will have to conform to the measurements required by Iowa State Fair.

Sponsorships will be billed in May unless prior arrangements have been made.
