TERMS

All fitting tents MUST be in the designated Tent area. You must obtain a Tent Permit from the cattle barn office, there will be a $1 per square foot deposit required. You will receive your 50% refund once you have taken down your tent and cleaned up the area, and the barn manager has given approval. All tents are publicly accessible, you cannot deny access to anyone at any time. Failure to comply with any of the terms can result in immediate disqualification or fines.

NO GENERATORS in tents at any time.
NO BUTT FANS in tents at any time.
NO GAS CANS in tents at any time.
NO SMOKING in tents at any time.
NO REFUND if you DO NOT CHECK OUT.

I agree to the policy.

I, the undersigned, have read all aforementioned rules and regulations and agree to abide by them and indemnify all employees of firms under contract to and representatives of Iowa Beef Expo; Iowa Beef Breeds Council; Iowa regional and national breed associations; and Iowa Junior Beef Breeds Association from all liabilities.

I understand that my participation and/or involvement with the Iowa Beef Expo carries with it the potential for certain risks, some of which may not be reasonably foreseeable.

I further acknowledge that these risks could cause me, or others around me, harm, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, damage to property, emotional distress, or death.

I am a willing participant of the Iowa Beef Expo.

By signing this agreement, I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless to the Iowa Beef Expo, Iowa Beef Breeds Council; Iowa regional and national breed associations; and Iowa Junior Beef Breeds Association as well as all their employees, agents, representatives, successors, etc. from all losses, claims, theft, demands, liabilities, causes of action, or expenses, known or unknown, arising out of my participation in the Iowa Beef Expo. No Solicitation. No smoking in tents. Heaters CANNOT be left on and unattended in or around tents. No Generators in tents. When setting up tents, no pudding of stakes or timing off tents to Iowa State Fair property. All tents must be clean and inspected by an Expo personnel before deposit will be returned.
